1. Download the Form

Client Intake Form
Find and click the "Download" button (or a similar option) to save the form to your computer.

2. Fill out the Client Intake Form and Save it

3. Upload the Form to the Guest Portal

Go to the Wright's Tax Garage guest portal: Guest Portal
Look for the "Upload" button. 
Click the "Select" button and select the downloaded form from your computer. 

Fill out the fields under "Information to Send to Wright's Tax Garage LLC
Click "Upload" again to send the form.

4. Activate Your User Portal

You will receive an email from us with a link to activate your user portal.
